The prices on our website are previously planned to consider different statements to establish the best price for all our products. We offer Free shipping on our website in some cases to improve the user experience, but this condition could change occasionally. If we set up shipping costs those will be reflected at the checkout page. It can depend on the product and their weight. We make the shipments through our fulfilment center, and we are anchored to the lead times of the company. We ship the product on a maximum of 2 business days after the order was created and you should have the product at your address in a maximum of 8 business days. We upgrade the availability of the products constantly and if some products are back ordered you agree from the moment of the purchase that the shipment may take longer than regular.

If you have an issue with your order or with a product and you need a refund, we will do the refund through the Stripe platform, and it will take 2-15 business days for you to receive the money on your account; this will depend on your payment method and bank. 


You will receive a message in your email with the details of your order, once your order is completed, we will proceed to update the order and you’ll receive another email with the notification of the status. After the order Sitka Farms could ask for feedback or a review in order to keep improving our customer experience.

As our customer you certify you are of sufficient legal age to feed them to your dog. We are not responsible for any damage your dog may suffer due to mishandling of the products. We are constantly updating product availability and in case any product is back ordered you agree, from the moment of the purchase, that the shipment may be delayed as previously mentioned.

If you want a refund or change a product that you bought on our web site www.sitkafarms.com you can do it within a maximum of 5 days after the delivery date.

The deadline for delivery of a product being changed is up to 25 days from the date we receive the product back. If you want a refund, it takes 2 business days to process the request and 2-15 business days to receive the money on your account (this will depend on your payment method and bank) 

Each customer is responsible of returning the product. To process a product replacement, an email must be sent to info@sitkafarms.com. The customer will receive the same product, in the case Sitka Farms is out of the same product, we will email de client informing the available replacement options or an estimate date when we can have the product back in stock. In either case, the client can choose the prefered alternative or ask for a full refund on the order.

The product must be new, unused to ask for a refund or change. When requesting the refund or product change, the client must send to info@sitkafarms.com the following information: Full name and surname, email, order date, order number, receipt and reason why you are asking for the refund or change, for us to process the request.
