Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation, the request must be made before the shipment order is placed. To request a cancellation, please send an email to info@sitkafarms.com as soon as possible and explain the reason for the cancellation. We will try to assist you, but unfortunately, if the shipment order has already been placed, we will not be able to process the cancellation. Please note that shipment order placement times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Defective Products:

If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any way, you may request a replacement, refund, or return.

Return Process for Defective Products:

To initiate a return for defective products, please send an email to info@sitkafarms.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach pictures as well. We will respond to your request within 2 business days, informing you whether the return is approved or denied. Please note that you are responsible for creating your own return label and for the return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the order and must be in the same condition as received. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we receive the return, the refund process may take 2-15 business days, depending on your bank, and the refund will include the original shipping cost if it was charged. We will initiate the refund through the payment method used to place the purchase.

Customer Remorse:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, have purchased the wrong product, or no longer want the product, we may offer a replacement or refund upon review. Please send an email to info@sitkafarms.com explaining your situation. Products bought on sale, with coupons, or gift cards are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Since our products are natural dog chews, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 5 days have passed after the delivery date.
